WEDDING BUFFET SERVICE
We know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life - one that you'll be looking back on for years to come. We know just how important it is to have a delicious meal with impeccable service. Trust our expertise to handle all of the details of your special day. Our staff will be at your reception location before your guests arrive to set-up and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival. Throughout your reception, our staff will replenish the food, clean up plates and even cut and serve your wedding cake.

Deluxe Buffet

	Our Deluxe Buffet service package includes a buffet menu of two entrees and three sides. The package also includes white or ivory linen table cloths for guest and buffet tables, as well as skirts for buffet, cake and head tables (choice of white, black or navy blue). All appropriate chafing dishes, bowls, baskets and utensils to serve buffet are included. The deluxe buffet package includes premium disposable dinner plates, salad or dessert plates, coffee mugs, cloth napkins, four-piece stainless steel silverware and a coffee station with cream and sugar. Uniformed servers will set-up, replenish and break down the buffet. Servers will also clear away plates when guests are finished. Maximum time is 6 hours. Overtime is $30.00 per hour per server. Additional linen colors and styles are available for an additional charge. Skirts and linens for extra tables can be rented for an additional charge.
	$20.75 per person (based on minimum of 100 people)
	$26.25 per person with China upgrade (based on a minimum of 100 people)

		Add a station, such as a pasta or carving station, to your menu by substituting one of your entrees selections for an additional charge. Ask us for details.
