FAMILY STYLE SERVICE
Serving your guests family style will create a warm and jovial atmosphere, while instilling a sense of camaraderie in your guests. Choosing our family style option gives you the elegance of a plated menu with the variety of our buffet choices. Our experienced staff will serve your guests large plated portions of your menu selections at the table, where guests will help themselves to as much as they wish. Our staff will be at your reception location before your guests arrive to set-up, and to ensure that everything is prepared for their arrival. Throughout the reception, our staff will replenish the food, clean up plates and cut and serve the wedding cake. The wedding venue must have a separate area for kitchen staff to plate up your menu selections - even a separate tent or garage will do.

Family Style

Our Family Style service package includes a menu of two entrees and three sides plated for guests to pass at the table.
The package also includes white or ivory linen table cloths for guest tables, as well as skirts for cake and head tables (choice of white, black or navy blue). All appropriate serving bowls and platters, baskets and utensils to serve the meal are included.
The family style package also includes premium disposable place settings, coffee mugs, cloth napkins, four-piece stainless steel silverware, as well as coffee and tap water service at the guest and head tables.
Uniformed servers and kitchen staff will serve your guests at the table and replenish the food throughout the meal. Servers will also clear away plates when guests are finished.
Maximum time is 6 hours. Overtime is $30.00 per hour per server. Additional linen colors and styles are available for an additional charge. Skirts and linens for extra tables can be rented for an additional charge. |
